She's now home from the vet, and seems to be making good progress, but will require to be on a special diet until she recovers fully. For those of you who donated, we want to thank you and to know that those donations saved her life twice over. Once because we could board her and twice to pay for the surgery, which we discovered she required. Destiny thanks you. |
Her pregnancy turned out to be a grossly
enlarged kidney, which if had not been removed, would have

 Abbey Cat Adoptions is an all volunteer organization so now is your chance
to get in and help make a real difference! Along
with adoptive and foster parents we need other dedicated cat lovers
to create a successful program. If you live in the GTA and have
a few hours to spare each week we want to hear from you. We need
drivers, digital photographers and people who can tackle computer
and phone work. We have opportunities for a fund raising co-ordinator
and anyone with marketing and media ideas and contacts.
