Ophelia was found in Northern Ontario at someone's door, she was wet and it was cold.
The good Samaritan brought her in and saved her; Ophelia then found herself in a shelter situation and eventually her foster in the GTA.
She is a very resilient girl!
She jumped into condo living with all four paws and made herself right at home and an immediate part of the family in her foster home where she lives with a single female and a resident cat.
Within 2 days she became friends with the resident cat and they get along great.
Ophelia is a very active kitten who loves to play and hasn't met a toy she doesn't like.
She keeps herself amused with toys when her foster parent is working from home and can be left alone and isn't destructive.
She has perfect litter habits and is great meeting new people.
Ophelia hasn't been tested with kids in the home but did have kids playing with her at the shelter and did well.
She likes to come see what your doing and be near her people and is always purring anytime she is getting petted.
She is quiet through the night and spends part of the night curled up in bed with her human and kitty friend.
She is learning to be picked up and handled; it isn't her favorite thing but also she tolerates it.
She would do great in most homes.
A gentle older cat or a kitten would be great.
Ophelia would likely br good in a home with kids to play with her.
She could be ok as a single in a household where he gets lots of attention.
