Whitney was found as a stray and taken in by a lady who did everything to see if this gorgeous girl belonged to anyone.
There was no collar, tag or microchip to identify her to help get her back home.
The woman took the kitten in and made sure that Whitney was spayed and vaccinated but did not have the heart to put her back out on the street and unfortunately could not keep her herself.
Whitney's a very affectionate, sweet and cuddly girl.
She loves nothing more than curling up in your lap and snuggling with you.
She also very much enjoys being the centre of attention, although in a very endearing and modest way; and will give you a playful nip if she finds you ignoring her in favor of your book or phone for too long.
Because she has some anxiety issues, and gets really stressed out by other cats at the moment, she would do best in a home without other pets.
She is very welcoming of Human guests though and isn't at all shy.
When she's feeling playful she likes to chase around her toy mouse or anything else really as long as it can rolls on the floor.
However, she would probably ask you to hold off on the string games and would rather prefer to play on her own.
If you are looking for a moderately independent yet cuddly companion that is as comfortable going about their day as they are curling on your lap in the evening,
Whitney would make a wonderful match for you.
