Special Cats Available for Adoption

In a desperate bid to save these cats from being turned outside to fend for themselves, we are waiving the normal Abbey Cat Adoption fee in lieu of a donation of the adopter's choosing. Each cat has been spayed or neutered and the normal screening process still applies. The adoption fee waiver only applies to cats designated as special needs and displayed on this page.

Can you provide a bit more in terms of patience and love?

These are animals that have been rescued from abusive homes or have been abandoned and are traumatized as a result. A few have special medical needs and many are just shy and need a bit of time to adjust to a new home.

Audrey Rose is a shy cat rescued from the outdoors. Gets along with other cats and needs an experienced owner who will let her adjust to things on her own time. more...
