Beatrice came to Abbey Cats from a shelter up north.
Life hasn't been easy for her... when she arrived at her foster home, she was heavily pregnant and had something that seemed to be a bb gun pellet embedded in her shoulder.
Despite her hardships, she has remained a sweet and loving cat.
On July 11th, Beatrice gave birth to seven little kittens, and has been a wonderful mom to each and every one of them.
She enjoys eating a mix of both wet and dry food, but prefers dining on roasted chicken or ground beef and occasionally munching on paper or cardboard.
Beatrice likes to contribute to the household by occasionally licking plates clean, and is excellent at providing companionship.
She enjoys having people nearby and when she feels like it, will snuggle up or sit in your lap, or walk across your keyboard while you're typing.
And when she's ready to nap, it's often nearby, in the open within line of sight.
Beatrice would fit well into any home, but she would be the ideal companion for someone who lives alone or really in any combination household that would love hear and treat her like a queen.
Beatrice will be spayed once all of her kittens have been weaned - she has an appointment booked for October 4, 2021
