Gentle Ben was found outdoors and he was so happy to come inside.
Unfortunately, his days of outdoor living have resulted in him contracting FIV.
What does that mean in the long run?
Well, with good food and a relatively stress free home, he can have a healthy life with a normal lifespan.
FIV is NOT transmissible to other cats  through casual  contact (sharing food and water, mutual grooming, sleeping together) - and is certainly not transmissible to people.

Ben likes a lot of human attention and he is very affectionate.
He is very handsome looking like a lynx.
He prefers not to be disturbed when he is deep in dreams, and sometimes too much vigorous petting will get him excited and he will grab your hand.
He doesn't mind other quiet cats but if they try to hurt him he will stand up for himself.

Ben would be best living with one person or a couple in a quiet home.
He remains more peaceful that way.

Ben just loves, loves, loves people!!
He has a very loving personality.
He loves to be around humans and doesn’t mind other cats unless he got startled or in a new environment.
Ben loves lots of petting and sleeping by human or on the human lap.
