Dree is a gorgeous young lady who has already raised five beautiful kittens of her own.
The litter has now found their forever homes, and it is Momma Dree’s turn to find her family!

Dree was found outside in the winter with her young kittens.
She was rescued by Abbey Cats and brought to her foster home when her kids were just 4 weeks old.
At first, she was terrified and scared - spending her days hiding under the futon in a spare room…and only coming out to use the litter.
Her kittens were super friendly, and helped teach their mom how to be a cat and feel safe.

After months of socialization, Dree has come a very long way!
Though still timid, she now is confident to sleep in open spaces including cat beds, couches and people beds.
She is a vocal kitty and will come tell her foster mom when she’s hungry.
She is very patient with other cats - she even helped raise a couple of orphaned kittens from other litters.

Dree would do best in a home with at least one other cat as she really enjoys their company.
She is playful and loves wand toys.
She enjoys lazing in windows with lots of sunlight.
Dree’s very curious and likes being in the same room as her foster mom.
Dree is still nervous of loud noises and therefore would do best in a quiet home without any young children.
She does not like being picked up or having her face petted - but she loves scratches on her back!
She’ll often roll on the floor to have her back scratched and rub against your legs.

Dree is looking for her forever home where her adopters understand that she is timid cat who can take a long time to feel comfortable - but once she does, she has a whole lot of love to give!
Dree’s perfect home will be a multi-cat household without any children or dogs.
