Dundas

Hi there! This gentleman’s name is Dundas!

Dundas is a loving, sweet and affectionate cat who loves nothing more than a friendly pet, an ear scratch or a belly rub. He is a master of finding the coziest nooks and crannies to make his home… While you wonder how got in there!

Dundas joined Abbeycats after being abandoned in a pile of kittens in the stairwell of an apartment building. When he first comes home, he will win every game of hide and seek. He might come out to eat but otherwise will stay hidden away. But within a week he will become brave and begin to adventure out to eat and use the litter box and maybe play with a toy or two. After a couple of weeks, his true personality will come out and he will be happy, playful and meowing for scratches

In his foster home, his foster mama works from home. Dundas is very interested in Zoom, computers, keyboards and computer mice. One of his favourite places to nap is on the mouse pad, especially if his parents need to use it! You’ll be amazed at how many keyboard shortcuts he knows too! Just one jump on the board and he will be forwarding emails like a pro! He’s not camera shy either and will happily crawl onto your shoulders to be on camera with you!

Currently, Dundas lives in a foster home with another cat and they like to wrestle and play together in the evenings. After a month of playing, they’re becoming fast friends who can be found napping near each other during the day. Previously, he was in a foster home with another cat and they didn’t get along so well. So he is best suited for a home where he is the only cat and can have all the attention, or with a calmer cat.

Dundas will quickly fill your heart and complete your home!
