Fennel is the most affectionate and friendly cat that her foster mother has ever met.
She was taken to a busy shelter, then made her way to the comfort and safety of the foster home.
From the very first minute she met with all the family members, which includes 2 adults and 2 kids she showed signs of being comfortable.
She was out and about from day1; she enjoyed chin and body scratches and allowed all of the humans in the household to do so.
As she was able to build more trust in them, from day 3 she was sitting on their laps.
She is very picky in her game choices though, and they have tried multiple toys.
In the end a scratch pad and the laser game did engage her for some time.
Her foster family does not pick her much and allows her to come to them which she would typically do especially when they are are working on their laptops.
The kids have not been allowed to pick her up as yet but she willingly goes to them for petting and to get her ear and body scratched.
Fennel is about 2 years old, and is a very friendly and smart cat.
She would do well in a family home with older children or in a quiter home where she would get lots of attention.
Her loving and trusting nature will surely melt your heart.
Fennel looks forward to the kids coming home from school and finds herself a good spot to join the whole family.
She might enjoy the company of another quiet and respectful cat
