Gus was found up North as a stray and was a bit bewildered when he arrived at his ACA foster home. He spent several days hiding, but as you see from his pictures, he was just shy--not terrified -- when people approached him and held him. Once he was more used to his new surroundings, his friendly sweet nature became apparent, and he now approaches his foster Mum bleating for food at mealtimes and scrambling up to available laps for a cuddle or a stroke (or a walk on the keyboard!)
Gus seems quite independent, but he gets along with other friendly cats. He's currently with Harris and although they aren't bonded, they are quite companionable. He's quite young, so he'd probably be happiest with another animal in the home.
This cat needs to be adopted with a cat in the program or have another cat at home.
