Haru

Haru was rescued from the streets just before giving birth. With such a petite frame it’s hard to believe that she gave birth to six wonderful kittens. Haru was extremely attentive and loving to all of her babies and now it’s time for her to find her forever home.

Haru is a gentle cat, always accepting head scratches and belly rubs, she loves the attention. She eagerly waits for her morning breakfast and loves to wrap her tail around your leg as you prepare her food. Her loud purring is also a giveaway of how appreciative she is. Haru’s age is estimated at just under a year old and you can tell she has the youthfulness and playfulness of a kitten. With two of her kittens still waiting to be adopted, she has been enjoying the playtime, chasing after and wrestling her two babies is a daily affair.

When it’s time for a break Haru heads to the couch and will quickly settle in beside you or on your lap. Having her coat brushed is a big plus and head scratches are a must, purring will soon follow.

Haru still runs under the couch when strangers arrive but quickly comes out after a few minutes. Once she knows your intentions she is a trusting, gentle and loving cat.  If you have some extra love to give, Haru is very deserving and will be an instant member of your family.
