Jasper was surrendered due to his owner having a very serious illness and could no longer give him the care he deserved.
His foster dad says he is very social and easy to get along with. From the beginning, he was "Mr. Social". It doesn't hurt that he's also super handsome.
Jasper’s very vocal and loves to hold conversations with his foster dad; he loves to play with his toys as well.
Jasper would thrive being in a home where he could get a lot of attention. He loves people and would do well in a family home.
He would be fine with a kitty companion but he is more people-oriented than cat-oriented.
