Dasher

Meet Dasher the dashing tabby!
This handsome boy is just the sweetest little kitten and has a golden personality to boot.

Dasher is a calm cucumber and pretty mature for his age.
He loves to be petted and played with and would do well in any environment, including dogs, cats and respectful kids.

He's a confident kitty who knows what he's worth, sometimes a little too much when he feels cat food should only belong to him!
But don't worry, he only gets a little hangry around his brother Tommy (it's actually really cute), his foster mom has no problem picking up his bowl with him in it.
Dash has surpassed his crazy kitten stage and is growing into a handsome (super handsome) smart and mellow cat, though he still has a ways to go before being a grown-up.
He doesn't bother with cords or plants, and is so polite when he jumps up on laps (no claws!).

He loves his naps and playing with his brother, Tommy.
He is a champion litter box-user and even keeps the litter in the tray!
Don't mind when he's trying to bury his business with the wall or bath mat, he takes his cleanliness very seriously.

Dasher is a bit funky about being picked up, while he tolerates being handled he makes it known with a little 'mew' exactly how he would like to be picked-up and put-down.
His foster mom is pretty sure he just likes to have something supporting his feet and tends to like to stay closer to the ground.
With that said, he's a gem to cut claws! Granted a little bit of wet food involved - but who doesn't love a distracting reward?

Dash will surprise you with cuddles-galore in the most random moments, he just can't get enough and will purr and rub and flop all over to get some extra lovin'.
Dasher is the kind of kitten that will bond close with his family, is sure-footed enough to take anything that comes at him (even the dreaded vacuum cleaner) and will make an excellent companion to any home.
Dasher is truly a diamond in the rough.

Dasher would do fantastic in a home with other cats, dogs and respectful children.
He would be happy if you have a big country home or tiny city apartment, as long as there's plenty of places to nap!
He would also love to go home with his brother Tommy.

Dasher and Tommy do not have to be adopted together, while they are buddies, they are not bonded.

Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of six months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company
