Declan is an extremely confident, short-haired, black and white kitten. She is the adopted sister of Hildy and Marika. Declan was originally an orphan who was adopted into the litter and is a few days older than her sisters. Even though she is much smaller than her foster sisters, she is the most social, feisty and full of energy.
As all the kittens settle down after breakfast for a nap, Declan can still be found jumping on them for a wrestling match or running around chasing toys. When she does settle down she loves to cuddle up to the closest human. Since Declan was bottle-fed early in life she is much more social with humans than the average kitten.
She is not afraid of anything, and even loves to jump on the adult male cat in her foster home. She is very sweet, but not a very gentle little kitten, she will wrestle and play with anyone and everything! She loves to be scratched on the head and she absolutely loves her food. She is always the last one still eating during meal time. Declan has been eating solid food and using the litter box since she was quite young.
She is definitely a fun-loving and goofy ball of energy!
All the girls would be an excellent addition to the family as they are good with children and other family pets.
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company. Any kittens over 6 months may need the company of another young cat.
