Precious Gloriana was surrendered by her owner because they had 'too many animals'.
She was surrendered with her best friend Gemma.
Gloriana is a sweet and gentle girl. She will follow you around the house purring and mewing.
This precious petite girl is a fearless bundle of sweetness and energy.
Unfortunately, many pets like Gloriana who are dropped off at the animal shelter are euthanized because of their disability.
Thankfully Abbey Cats was there to save her!
Gloriana loves life to the fullest. She doesn't consider herself to be disabled.
Gloriana was born with Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), a type of congenital brain damage that can result from viruses or toxins or even malnutrition during the mother's pregnancy.
Gloriana enjoys running, playing and jumping with her 3 foster pals.
She is very bonded with them as they understand her abilities.
They don't mind when she accidentally knocks into them.
She would love to go to a home with at least one of her playmates.
Gloriana needs a full time parent who will be there to support her and give her all the attention she desires.
She is a constant companion to her foster mom, following her everywhere she goes including up and down the stairs.
She knows to stay by the wall in case she needs the extra support.
Her home should be carpeted or have padded floors to protect her when she falls.
She uses pet stairs to get up on the furniture and her foster mom's bed.
She has very good upper body strength and can climb like a little monkey.
She has no issues with eating or using the litter box.
Do you have room in your heart and home to give this beautiful little lady the life she deserves?
Gloriana would like to be adopted with Gemma.
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company. Any kittens over 6 months may need the company of another young cat.
