Hawthorne was rescued from a home where there were far too many cats.
While still shy and cautious, Hawthorne is a very sweet and gentle kitty.
He enjoys pets and looks for guidance and support from his brother, extrovert Dale -
He will do an adorable fall to the side when getting pets and has some of the cutest chirps and meows you'll ever hear.
Hawthorne plays well by himself but will also follow his brother Dale around to see what mischief they can get up to.
He is a notorious thief and will steal anything from food off your plate to recycling out of the bin and carry it around the apartment - no need for fancy toys for this little one.
He keeps to the shadows more than his brother for now, but is becoming quite adventurous and will fall asleep on the couch with his foster humans .
It won't take long in the right home for him to be quite as snuggly as his brother.
Hawthorne MUST be adopted with his brother Dale.
They are incredibly bonded and spend most of their time together.
Hawthorne does not like loud noises but would be okay with older children if they are gentle and respectful with him.
***Hawthorne has a neuter appointment February 5th***
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.
Any kittens over 6 months may need the company of another young cat.
