Dino and Jerry came to Abbey Cats from a home west of the city.
They were 8 weeks old when they were surrendered to Abbey Cats.
Despite all the turbulence and travel, with some love and treats, they soon started showing their true, sweet natures
Dino and Jerry are from the same litter and the only way to tell them apart is by looking at their chins – Jerry has black fur under his chin.
Dino takes on the role of a big brother and he ensures that he gets all the attention first.
If there is a new sound or a toy, Jerry completely relies on Dino to take the lead.
When it is time for food, Dino sits in his eating spot and meows non-stop until he gets what he wants.
Jerry, on the other hand, knows that Dino will do all the work anyway and he will get to reap the benefits too.
Dino does have the tendency to chug down his food quickly and rush into Jerry’s bowl, but he is currently in training to not do that until Jerry has finished eating.
They are both playful cats.
Jerry is very gentle and carries himself like a baby of the house.
His innocence is endearing, and his playfulness is very gentle.
Dino likes his rough play and can keep going for hours.
They are not scared of guests/visitors and after initial meet and greet, they go about doing their own thing.
They both like to sleep close to their foster parents.
Both kitties are okay with other cats and given their temperament, they should be okay with docile dogs as well.
They would likely be fine with gentle, respectful kids
Jerry and Dino NEED to be adopted together..
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company. Any kittens over 6 months may need the company of another young cat.
