Millie came to Abbey Cats with her foster mates from up North. She currently lives with Billie and her family of 4 foster people, plus their older cat.
Millie is the cutest little spitfire with a zany energy that keeps her people smiling.
Despite being the first to arrive and the last to leave for meals, Millie is a petite little girl whose incredibly soft, fluffy fur and wonderful personality make her a big presence. Fur brushing is not her favourite, but she is coming around, especially when she gets lots of pets during and after.
Millie will approach everyone and can be picked up by all. Chin scratches and petting turn on her purr motor, but when she is in a playful or exploring mood, Millie is off again in a flash. She has the cutest little trot when she is after something, and it is often a wall that slows her down.
Millie loves to chase all toys with Billie and jumps onto the scratching posts like Spiderman. When she catches her favourite balls (that have bells inside) or feather string toy, she grabs them up into her mouth and runs away with them. She will occasionally bring back a ball to fetch, but right now, the chase part is the best!
It is so special when Millie is ready to have a rest. She finds your lap or shoulder to curl up on and purr away. Or she and Billie snuggle on the scratching post.
Millie is fond of her foster family, seeking them out for rubs and always coming when her name is called to see what is up.
Millie will be a joyful and loving new family member to any home. She will do beautifully with children and other young and friendly pets.
Millie has been together with Billie and needs to be adopted with him, her loving and watchfully protective big brother.
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.
