Panther comes from a litter of 3 in North Bay Ontario.
When she first arrived she was a little timid ball of fur, she would hide with her tail between her legs, and hiss if your hand got too close (unless offering food).
In 24 hours her entire demeanor changed, and she was interested in exploring everything.
In 48 hours she was comfortable enough to cuddle up right next to her foster mom, and enjoy some cuddles.
Now Panther enjoys being massaged, and will sleep nearby.
She is almost full black other than three white patches located along her chin/ underbelly which she'll gladly show off while stretching and receiving tummy rubs.
Panther would flourish in a quiet home, where she will be the center of attention, and enjoy all the cuddles, and snuggles with her new family.
She is playful and curious, and loves other cats & kittens, and often is found curled up nearby.
A home with a kitten of the same age is essential and her foster sister would be an ideal match to play with and continue to participate in social behaviors.
Panther is still cautious when it comes to loud noises, or a hand suddenly trying to grab her, but will warm up to you if you play lots with her, and allow her a quiet space and a few hours to get comfortable with coming up to you.
She would be ideally suited to her foster sister Tessa as a buddy as she has helped enormously with her rapid socialization.
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of six months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company
