Pisa was brought to Abbey Cats from a shelter north of the city that was overcrowded.
She arrived with her friend Modena and have been in foster care since early November. Both Pisa and Modena were not quite sure what a home environment was all about.
Through a lot of patience and slow nurturing they are coming out of their shell and blossoming into lovely cuddly cats. They are in a quiet home with 2 adults and they should find a forever home that is similar in composition. They startle easily from loud noises and visitors in the home will cause them to run and hide.
Pisa loves her treats though and will even come when you call her name if she's sleeping in her hiding spot. Pisa has a lovely medium hair coat with calico markings. She's got a white tip of fur on her tail which is quite bushy!
Pisa and Modena are very fond of each other, give each other confidence and need to be adopted together. Pisa needs a quiet home with someone who is willing to be patient with her as she gets used to new surroundings.
