Rune is a striking bright orange and white tabby cat with a “Groucho Marx” orange moustache under his nose!

He is a lovely sweet cat who is a purring machine. He greets his foster family with meows and immediately begins to purr.

When Rune stares up at you with his golden eyes, you can’t help but giggle!

He doesn’t love being held, but he does love human attention and will curl up next to you on the coach and He likes to curl up on the couch with any human who is available for stretches of time.

Rune has a giant appetite and comes running any time he hears a can of food being opened or a rustling of a bag.

He also greets us at the door - the front door, the bedroom door, the bathroom door…he is always there waiting!

When Rune is not curled up with a human, he is playing with his brother Leif and his foster friends. They two of them are active and playful kittens, approximately 6 months old.

They love to chase and pounce, often jumping on each other or leaping into the air to grab a toy on a stick. Rune often jumps on things in the shadows.

The two brothers have been chasing each other around the house at warp speed! Their current foster home has children and other cats and they are fine with both.

Rune is bonded with his brother Leif and they MUST be adopted together, but it will be the best decision you make as they are simply the cutest good-natured things.

Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.
