Lily-Anne was a pregnant stray rescued by Abbey Cats.
She was living on the street, was in poor health and had bad gashes on her face when she came into care.
She entered foster care just in time to give birth to her 6 kittens .
Lily's injuries have healed nicely and she has been an amazing mom to her kittens.
She is very sweet but is still shy around people.
Over time, she has become her foster mom's shadow, following her quietly around the house and hanging out while cooking or watching Netflix.
Treats are definitely the way to earn her trust and she is still learning that she no longer has to go hungry.
Lily still prefers to sit/sleep on the floor but has recently discovered the comforts of a couch.
She talks a lot to her kittens and no doubt will to her humans as well.
So far she has only accepted very brief pats but in time her foster mom thinks she will find them soothing.
Lily Anne will need a very patient and quiet home without kids or dogs.
Being in a home with another quiet cat may help to teach her how to live in luxury.
