Nova came to Abbey Cats with her two kittens (aged 4 weeks) as part of a large rescue from a shelter north of Toronto.
She is a tiny, gentle soul who loves being around her foster mom, and often follows her around and asks for pets and love.
Nova definitely craves affection and seeks out head scratches, body pets, and cuddles frequently.
She balances this with spending time away from her two babies to rest up and take some well-needed me time.
As her kittens have become more independent Nova's playful side has begun to show.
She loves running laps and gently wrestling with her kittens.
Nova engages well with string toys too.
This lady LOVES her food.
She will absolutely let you know when she's hungry because she'll stick close by, and talk at you until you walk towards the kitchen and then she'll be right under your feet waiting for her meal!
Nova would do well with a friend to provide some of the social attention she clearly needs.
She has not met any dogs or kids, however her gentle and calm demeanour indicates she might do well with them.
She needs a home where someone will be able to provide her with a good amount of love and attention daily.
