Roma was rescued from a shelter north of the city.

She was found in dire trouble-with limited mobility, unable to get around normally, with dirty, matted fur and fleas. Roma was dehydrated and cold, hungry and emaciated only weighing 1.4kgs or 3lbs. It was hard to determine if she was an older kitten or young adult who had some stunted growth or other issues. Roma was hospitalized and treated and from there she began to blossom once she was placed into one of our loving foster homes.

Roma was extremely nervous when she first arrived in her foster home, but it didn't take her long to settle in and make friends with the resident cats.

Roma loves to be brushed; loves to eat, likes to play batting around a ball on the floor and with a wand toy.

She meows and seeks out human attention and interaction.
