Scout came to Abbey Cats from a family who sadly couldn't care for her any longer.
Scout is a small cat, but has a big personality.
She's a shy girl, but once she warmed up to her new home she found she loves to lounge on the bed or the couch near her foster parent and absolutely adores pets, being brushed, and eating treats.
She loves to relax, but she also loves to play, her favourite toy being a single piece of kibble from her dish, which she chases around the floor.
For now, Scout prefers to sit nearby rather than be cuddled, but her foster parent thinks she'll grow to like cuddles as she gets more comfortable in her new space.
Scout has a wonderful temperament and would do well as a single cat in a home where she can get regular attention, or in a home with another friendly cat to hang out with.
She would prefer not to live with dogs or with young children. Older, patient children would be OK.
