Stitch came from a shelter up North. Although he was a stray, it would be hard to believe given his lovely house manners. Although shy at first, once you pull out the treats bag and give him some love, he will warm up instantly with a sweet and gentle personality.

Stitch loves getting petted and brushed, especially under the chin. He is a very curious fellow, following his foster parent around the house and observing their activities.

Throughout the day, he also enjoys finding small dark hiding places to snooze in and loves playing with his catnip toys when he wakes up from his naps. At night, he loves snuggling up on the bed beside his foster for some nighttime cuddles before falling asleep.

He loves human attention but is also quite independent and able to tolerate some time alone when his foster parent is at work. However, he always comes out to give a warm greeting once they arrive home. Stitch is very adaptable, a well balanced introvert-extrovert cat that would make a lovely addition to any loving home!

Stitch has a long thick coat so grooming daily is a must for this guy.

Stitch would be great for a quiet house/family as he can sometimes be skittish with sudden noises and movements.

He is very gentle and polite but does appreciate some time and space alone so a home with older children may be better suited for stitch.

Although he doesn't need another cat as such, this amiable fellow would be fine with a friendly and respectful companion cat.
