Tiffany is a stunning, Ragdoll Cross with a Lynx Point fur coat.
Tiffany came to us as after a month of life as a shelter cat where she had been taken along with of a number of cats from a hoarding situation after her elderly owner had to go into a nursing home during the pandemic.
She did not do well in a shelter like so many cats and was in urgent need of a foster home, to give her a second chance at life.
Currently she lives with her current foster family, where she is a single cat.
When she arrived, she was paralyzed with fear. Her body language exhibited both Acute & Chronic Stress .
This is where Tiffany gets interesting - despite being frozen, despite hissing, and despite being scared and unsure of what to do with herself - SHE LOVES TO BE PETTED!
The foster family firmly believes that Tiffany is actually a loving cat, with a kind personality.
She loves to be picked up and held and will relax in your arms
Once she trusts you / knows your scent, if she knows you're coming over to pet her, she can be loved on and touched for HOURS.
Humans usually get bored long before she does . Naturally, this only happens once she feels safe.
Tiffany is slowing learning to trust and finding the joy of play.
She needs a home with a patient, loving and experienced cat lover who will take her on the next part of her journey.
A quiet home with a settled couple or single person would be ideal for her.
She will repay in full the love that is expended on her.
