Little more than a kitten herself Wilda was found pregnant living in the wild near Collingwood.
She gave birth to her kittens in a shelter and moved to a foster home in Toronto a few weeks ago.
Wilda is a shy cat but not afraid of humans.
Although she is timid, she likes to be petted and is quiet.
The benefit of all of this is that she is a low maintenance cat.
It is anticipated that after her kittens are adopted and she no longer has maternal cares and responsibility she will blossom and become the loving little cat she was born to be.
She is still caring for her kittens although they are old enough to go to a home of their own at which point Wilda will be able to go to her permanent home and be a pampered pet for the rest of her life
Wilda would probably do best in a home without a dog.
Other cats do not bother her.
