Gizmo and his brothers Kyle and Kenny came in to Abbey Cat care from a shelter north of the GTA where they were taken after their mom was found abandoned at a rural property where she had given birth to the the kittens in a garage.
Gizmo is the most laid-back of the three boys, but he still gets up to play and chase toys around!
While he’s the chillest of the bunch, Gizmo still loves a good play session with the wand toys and sleeps cuddled up with his brothers most of the time (the desk is a favorite hangout).
He enjoys being petted but in a more independent way – he appreciates it but won’t beg for more like some cats do.
He takes a few minutes to adjust to new people, but settles in quickly.
He’ll hop in your lap when he feels like some attention, and definitely joins his brothers in their cute meowing when they’re hungry.
Gizmo must be adopted with another kitten in the program or to a home where there is already a kitten of similar age and energy.
He is best suited for a home where someone is around most of the time – this boy loves his human attention!
Please bear in mind that it is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of six months to a home without a kitten of similar age for company.
