We just want to thank all of the volunteers and foster Marion for taking such good care of Samson and Henry after their rescue of many cats from Northern Ontario.
They are just the sweetest purring machines that love belly rubs!
That is also balanced with playful 10 month old kitten energy that starts the day with zoomies up and down the stairs lol.
My husband calls them “his boys”.

After spending time with them and seeing how funny they are, we have renamed them Jerry (Seinfeld) and Cosmo (Kramer).
Since Jerry is a polydactyl cat we followed Ernest Hemingway’s lead who named his polydactyls after famous people.

We had a great experience with Abbey Cat Adoptions – thank you for taking the time to meet with us and answering any questions.
I’d say the process was Purrfect!

Hope everyone is doing well.

Just wanted to give an update- Chloe and Sylvie (white paws) are doing well. It’s been almost two months and they’ve adjusted quite easily.
They are lovely to hang out with and brings so much joy. Here’s a snapshot.

And thanks again for everything. I’ve always been paired with the perfect cats.

Hi all,

Thought I would provide an update on the kittens we adopted from you in February. Both kittens are doing really well and have adjusted to their new home and humans nicely.

Theodore (now Loki) is a mischievous munchkin with so much energy sometimes his sister (and humans) have a hard time keeping up! He loves to play hide and seek with us or his sister. He has so much energy and tends to get so overwhelmed with excitement that he gives a lot of love nips, but slowly he is learning to control his emotions a bit better, especially around sensitive human hands and feet! He’s a tall boy weighing in at 7.1lbs now and has the appetite to go with it. He will finish his sisters food if she doesn’t eat it fast enough and we aren’t paying attention!

Sunny (now Kulfi) is the sweetest kindest soul but can get up to her own quiet mischief. Shes a petite girl at around 5.5lbs and can be a bit cautious, but will follow her brave energetic big brother’s lead in most things. She loves a good cuddle when she sleeps and is crazy about chasing springs all around the house. We have have a hard time finding them once she has a hold of them!

They are both the most friendly and outgoing kitties and love attention from anyone, turning into full on purr machines as soon as they get a rubdown. Very food motivated – they have even learnt how to hi-five us now! Might even learn to fetch soon!

Both were spay/neutered last week and are healing nicely.

Thanks for allowing us to give these little sweethearts a forever home. We absolutely love them!

Hi there,

I thought you might like an update date on the kittens.

They are such a sweet pair of kittens! They’ve settled in well and have been very playful and are becoming more and more cuddly each day. They had their first vet visit and they were very popular with all of the clinic staff. Javier does have a slight heart murmur that the vet has said will need to be monitored to see if he out grows it.

It’s been about 3 months with “Diamond,” who now goes by Violet 🌸 and we just wanted to update you that she is so so loved, very affectionate, goofy, brings us oodles of joy, a cardboard box chewer, sock stealer, and makes us laugh each day.

Thanks for bringing this little lady into our lives 🥰
