Simba is a handsome, playful and affectionate adolescent cat.
He was surrendered by a previous owner who thought Simba would benefit from more attention at home.
He loves chin and forehead scratches, and shows his appreciation by giving little kisses/licks to his foster mom.
He does not mind being picked up and will nuzzle his foster mom while being held, especially if given kisses.
Simba loves playing with his wand toy and spring toys.
He has a beautiful striped pattern, golden eyes, and is already over ten pounds!
Simba would love to have a human to play with regularly, or a home with more than one person.
He has lived with cats before and has gotten along with some; he likely would be okay in a home with a respectful cat.
Simba would also likely be okay with children, especially ones that are happy to play with him.
Potential adopters should note that he occasionally bats his paws at his foster when he wants more playtime.
He has never used his claws or teeth but this behaviour could be jarring to younger children or people nervous around cats.
Because Simba is a high energy lad he’d probably enjoy the company of another young cat.
