Meet Camille!
This beautiful, petite mama cat came to Abbey Cats from a shelter up north, along with her four adorable kittens.
While Camille has been a wonderful mother, it’s time for her to be the centre of attention!
Camille is an exceptionally friendly, confident, and affectionate cat with a curious, outgoing personality.
She settled into her foster home almost immediately, eagerly exploring her new surroundings and making herself right at home.
She loves human attention and happily approaches people for affection, greeting them with enthusiastic purrs, affectionate rubs, and plenty of vocalizations.
Camille is an adventurous little explorer who enjoys investigating everything around her.
She loves to be up high and is a great jumper.
She is adaptable and is not easily startled by everyday household noises.
She has been comfortable with her foster family’s 9-year-old child and visiting adults, and tolerates being picked up and handled very well. She is a very special girl who will make an excellent pet.
Camille would thrive in a loving home that offers plenty of affection, companionship, and mental stimulation.
She is intelligent, playful, curious, and adventurous, and particularly enjoys searching for treats hidden around her foster home.
She also loves climbing and perching up high, so a tall cat tree or other elevated spaces would be ideal.
Camille is very comfortable with children.
Although she hasn’t been tested with dogs or other cats, her easygoing temperament suggests she may do well with a calm dog and/or respectful cat.
Camille is also very interested in exploring outdoors, so her future family will need to be mindful of open doors and windows to keep her safely inside.
