Dasher will only consent to being carried around if he can remain in a seated position (like your hand is a tray that he is being served on).
He has also become very close friends with the resident dogs and cats. Dasher loves being pet by humans and licked by dogs and cats.
He will purr like a motor as soon as he is comfortably positioned in the sunbeam salon every morning.
He likes wandering around the house with his fake mouse, and will groan if anyone tries to take it away from him.
He loves watching people prepare food in the kitchen and has been a bit of a sneaky countertop thief (we are working on that with him).
Tommy and Dasher both want their family to express their love by sharing human food with them.
So far, they have both tried (as a treat) a little: banana, strawberries, blueberries, pizza crust, soup, cooked broccoli, and every kind of meat that has been in the house in the last 3 months.
Dasher will be happy anywhere that will appreciate any home that will hold him like he is being served on a platter. Both Tommy and Dasher will do well in a home with human children.
Dasher would like to be adopted with Tommy.
