Meet Louie!
Louie is an incredibly loving, social cat who wears his heart on his sleeve — literally, he’ll let you know when he’s unhappy with a vocal complaint or two!
Must have a feline sibling: Louie needs to be adopted with at least one other cat. He gets genuinely sad without a companion, so this is a non-negotiable for his new home.
Playful and affectionate: He loves to play, rolling over for belly rubs and playfully mouthing at hands during playtime. He’s also a big fan of headbutts and being petted.
Good with other pets and kids: Louie is comfortable around dogs — in his foster home, he’s inquisitive but takes his cues from the dog’s energy. He’d do well with respectful children and dogs.
Curious and cozy: A natural climber, Louie loves to explore tables, counters, and mantelpieces. At night, he curls up at his foster’s feet and is respectful of their sleep. Bonus: he thinks bed-changing day is the best day ever, and will happily play in the sheets for hours.
A couple of things to know: Louie tends to chew on plastic (like shower curtains) — he doesn’t swallow it, but his new family should keep this in mind.
Louie needs to be adopted with a cat in the program or have another cat at home.
