Meet Saffron, a gorgeous female domestic shorthair tabby with beautiful white, grey and brown markings and copper-coloured eyes.
Saffron was living in a shelter north of the city before coming with her four kittens to live in her foster home.
They live there with their foster family and two other cats.
Saffron is a lithe beauty who is an excellent mother to her four lively kittens.
She is very playful, will chase anything that moves (including her kittens) and likes to leap into the air.
A friendly, happy and social girl, Saffron seeks and loves attention.
She loves to be petted, likes to be picked up and her foster mom thinks she will turn into an affectionate lap cat.
A chatty kitty, Saffron enjoys meeting new people and gets along with children of all ages.
She and her kittens are living in a separate part of the house from the other cats in the household and it’s unknown whether she has ever lived with a dog.
She would likely be fine as an only cat.
Saffron has a very healthy appetite—given she is looking after four babies—and always uses her litter box.
Saffron will be spayed prior to adoption.
If you are looking for a beautiful, friendly and loving pet, please consider adopting this lovely girl.
A note from Saffron’s foster mom: “Saffron is a fantastic cat.
She is an all-around happy, playful and friendly kitty and is a real sweetheart.”
Saffron would likely do well as an only cat or with the right respectful cat.
