Sarafina is a beautiful brown tabby with medium fur and a fluffy tail.
She came to Abbey Cats from a foster home in Northern Ontario after having been rescued from a site with many cats.
Her rescuers realized she was pregnant and she had her kittens in an Abbey Cats foster home.
Sarafina has been an amazing mom to three lively kittens, feeding them whenever they ask and giving them intense baths every day.
She now deserves a home to call her own.
She is an extremely affectionate cat, one who is interested in the humans around her.
She comes up to us right away when we walk into the room, rubbing up along side us purring.
If we are sitting on the couch, she sometimes comes to sit next to us or else she sits really close to our feet and you can hear her purring loudly.
Sarafina adores being brushed which is great because of her longish fur.
We don’t know her entire story about how she came to live outdoors, but she has lived outside in her life.
We see this sometimes in her behaviour as she can get scared of loud noises or startled by unexpected movements.
For this reason, we think she will do best in a quiet home with people who are looking for a lovely companion.
