Master of the Butt Wiggle. King of Catnip. Prince of Pouncing!
Theo is a Russian Blue Mix with two cute little white patches on his upper chest and lower belly.
He is 5 years old and came to Abbey Cats from a previous family who surrendered him.

Theo’s favourite activities revolve around his excellent hunting skills.
Where he likes to hide out in his tunnels and ambush his prey, a.k.a. - feet!
Not to worry though as he’s just expressing his feelings and inviting you to play along with him.
He would never intentionally hurt you, that’s just his alpha personality coming out.

Theo is definitely a misunderstood little guy who’s just looking for his forever home with someone who really gets him.
He is very clever and we’re convinced he understands some words like “up”. “food?”, “play?”.
Where he will reply back to you only on which of one of his needs he’s looking for.
He is very good at using different tones in his voice to tell you what he wants.
He doesn’t meow a lot otherwise so it’s very much his way of communicating with you.

Theo’s favourite possessions are his Cat Dancer toy, his Catnip which his foster parents give him every couple of days (helps calm him down on his wild child episodes during the week) and his tall Cat Tree where he spends 90% of his naps.

Theo is currently being fostered by an adult couple in a quiet apartment.
He would thrive in a home with no kids or loud noises, lot’s of space to run around, chase toys and get his energy out, but also have his own private nooks for nap time.
Once he gets comfortable in his forever home, you will soon get to understand him and his schedule, which can become very predictable.

Theo’s perfect human companion would be someone who is experienced with cats.
Patient, loving and understanding.
Willing to commit to play time everyday with him.
Trying out a variety of foods for him.

Theo will need time and space for him to grow on you, but once he trusts you then you are part of the pack!
He will come to you for cuddles and melt on your lap.
