Stella & Luna Have A Beautiful Bond!
Hello
We’d like to thank Abby Cat Rescue for giving us the opportunity to adopt Stella and Luna.
They came to us well socialized and litter trained thanks to their foster home.
Their foster mom did a great job with them and we’re incredibly thankful to her.
Stella and Luna are a pair of bonded sisters and are inseparable.
We adopted them at 3 months old and they have since grown into our home.
We had an elderly cat Maggy (since passed) who taught them their manners and to respect other cats.
Stella and Luna continue to grow together, and we are happy to give them their forever home.
Adopting two bonded sisters has been a dream of ours and Abbey Cat Rescue helped make it possible.

Clover & Lily Have Settled In Beautifully!
We are just obsessed with them and they are so lovely and sweet and funny!
I can’t believe it has been a full month since we got them!
They hid in the laundry room for a few days – Clover took a few hours to emerge and Lily took a bit longer, but now they are thriving and so happy!
Lily follows me around ALL DAY.
They both sleep ON my husband’s legs, and then Clover then cozies up on my shoulder every night.
She also plops on the floor in front of me and does rolls to show her tummy!
We get lots of slow eye blinks and purrs from both of them.
And they are SO SOFT.
They have excellent appetities, use their litter box so well and are growing!
They are really playful – they received alot of toys from our friends and they love coils, plastic balls with bells inside, a little stuffed fish and ANY catnip toy.
They also LOVE their cat stand and scratching post which is in front of our window so they can bask in the sunbeams.
They snuggle together and groom each other. We call them a “catball” LOL.
We are so grateful for them, that they chose us, and that we can give them the life they deserve after such a traumatizing beginning to their sweet lives. They have brought so much joy to our household, as well as my extended family and neighbours, who all stop in to snuggle them.
Please know that they are LOVED, and use whatever pictures make sense for the website and let people know how amazing they are!!
And a shout out to Michelle, who fostered them so beautifully — they are very sociable and well adjusted!
And special thanks to Susan Hanna, who first made me aware of your wonderful organization.
Thanks again to EVERYONE!
Best,
Sharon Lee and Martin
One Year Update On Wasabi!
Hi everyone!
It’s been one full year since we adopted Wasabi, so I wanted to send an update.
Wasabi is such a sweet little guy. He feels like he has been part of the family forever! He spends most of his day cuddling and playing with his older brothers. Wasabi’s intense love for his brothers have helped them come out of their shells as well! We never thought we’d see our second oldest cat, Hoshi, cuddle…but Wasabi managed to convince him quickly 🙂
Aisling Is Now Rumi!
Happy to share that Aisling is home!
We’ve actually decided to name her Rumi! She’s been so playful and affectionate since she walked in. Sharing some videos below
Thank you again to Shauna and the Abbey Cat team!
One day in and Rumi has really made herself at home.
She is now officially our neighbourhood watch – absolutely loving spending time by the windows and watching the snow fall outside.

Melo Is Having A Great First Month!
Hello everyone,
Hope you are well.
One month update on sweet Melo.
Melo is transitioning very well into her forever hone.
She has her routines with everyone.
With Jose she spends the morning with him on the couch.
With the girls she plays with them and her toys when they get back from school.
I work from home so she follows me around and sits with me in the living room and kitchen.
Her favorite places to sit are at the end of the couch. My office chair and under the kitchen table at my feet.
She loves her treats and is still on her diet of blue food.
She is eating so well and runs when her automatic feeder beeps.
She is sweet and is now comfortable with petts and kisses on the head.
Jose and I have also been able to pick her up for a few seconds.
In the evening she loves being active and doing zoomies in the living room.
She enjoys Friday night movie night and always sits with us in the living room when we watch TV.
I know this is a long update but honestly I just couldn’t resist.
She is so sweet and loving and we are so happy she has made herself at home.
Thank you to you all
Kam, Jose, Milin and Amalia
