Priscilla And Lorena’s Family Has Sent An Update!!
Good morning!
I just wanted to send an update on Priscilla and Lorena.
They are doing great and settled in so quickly.
Within 2 hours of being home they were snuggling on my bed with me and slept the whole night there.
They are absolutely lovely and I am so happy I made the decision to adopt through you.
Is it possible to get their medical records so I can schedule their remaining vaccinations with my work?
I will send photos of their spay incisions – I believe you needed this 10 days from the procedure (June 23).
Thank you!
Here’s An Update On Emily & Celena!!
Hi folks!
Itās been one week since these two have come to live with us and all has gone smoothly.
The cats are calm, super playful & affectionate both with us and with each other.
We are very grateful to share our home with them.
Thanks for everything you did to bring us together.
Best,
Lori & Justin
Phoenix Is Settling In To His New Home & Name!!
Hi everybody,
Just wanted to let you know that Phoenix (now known as Kulu) has settled in beautifully and it’s like we’ve had him forever!
He and Charlie are getting along remarkably well and it only took a few days for them to adjust to one another.
They’re both pretty laid back so the only issue really is that Kulu has more energy than Charlie and tries to get him to play when Charlie just wants to nap, lol.
He had a vet visit and she had a look at his eye, while it didn’t appear to be an infection she gave me some antibiotic eye drops.
She agreed with me that it could well be a feline herpes flare up, given he’d had some stressful changes recently.
Either way it appears to be all better now and she gave him a clean bill of health otherwise.
He gets a bit more affectionate with every passing day, today he slept on my lap for a good hour which was a first.
He’s friendly with anyone who visits, with the singular exception of one of my son’s dogs who barked at him and Kulu was NOT having that!
The dog was thoroughly put in her place…
Thanks again for taking care of and helping us find this little treasure, we’re feeling exceptionally lucky to have him.
All the best
Diana
Lili Is Ruling As The Queen Of Her Castle!!
Hello Everyone!!
I wanted to give an update on how Lili is doing and share a few of the many many pics weāve take thus far š
Lili joined us on Wednesday April 30th and after a very brief visit to underneath our couch, she was right away extremely curious and ready to explore.
There was no hesitation when it came to eating time and the same for using the litter, tho it was a couple days before she had āfully utilizedā the litter box.
As she is an adorably splashy eater, weāve been feeding her a mix of tiki catās mousse as well as their chunkier food.
She is certainly enjoying her meal times.
Which is a good segue into how great she has been so far with maintenance.
For a cat that so far simply hates to be picked up, she is incredibly down with being combed, wiped (in most places) and otherwise fussed with.
Which, of course, makes sense given that she is certainly treated like royalty.
It has been an absolute joy to start to get to know lilā Lili, and watch her slowly start to reveal all her personality traits and quirks (she likes to eat Aaronās hair as a means to wake him up?).
We have been amazed at how quickly she has adapted to life in her new home and are incredibly happy to serve at her pleasure.
As promised, attached are a small percentage of the photos weāve taken this past week and a half.
Thanks again for all your help in getting this little angel in our lives,
Charlotte and Aaron
