Adopting

He’s doing well and has adjusted great.
He loves attention and meows or paws at us if he wants pets.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to give you all a quick update about CC (now Lottie) as I’m sure you’re all curious to hear how she’s getting on.

Lottie is a confident, affectionate and playful girl. When I brought her home she didn’t hide but wanted to inspect and sniff every nook and cranny. She has appointed herself as neighbourhood watch and loves sitting in the windows and watching the world go by. She still loves to chase balls and carry them around with her. We’ve also had some fun play sessions with the wand toy.

Lottie is very affectionate and is sitting in my lap as I write this. She will pull my hand down to pet her or hop up to meet my hand. She will come into my bed in the wee hours of the morning and sleep on the pillow next to me or against my back. She lets me hold her and snuggles into my chest. She has even let me trim her nails!

All in all a big success and I couldn’t be happier to have her in my life. It’s clear to me she was well taken care of by Michelle who helped her become more confident and ready for her forever home.

Hey everyone, a quick update on Panther, he has settled in wonderfully into our home, and Abacus has warmed up to him a lot over the past week 🙂

Hi again,

I wanted to send a one month update. Wow the girls have grown! They both added more than a pound each! Perhaps because they eat Maggy’s expensive hypoallergenic food, while Maggy eats their kitten food…oh well. We’ve taken to hand feeding them to at least get some kitten food in them.

Everyone is getting along well. Once in a while Maggy has to tell Stella and Luna they’re invading her personal space but otherwise there’s been a few sniffs and paw touching, and they coexist well in the same space. Pretty good for only month in.

Stella and Luna continue to be themselves. Luna has discovered the sink and is enamoured with the faucet. Stella loves her curly toys and naps in the cat stands. They’re both very well socialized with humans and have had no issues with guests coming over, big thank you to Michelle for getting them so socialized!

We’re so happy to have these two little girls in the family and they bring so much energy to our house!
