Hi Abbey cats team!

It’s actually been 2.5 weeks since Dakota and Emery (aka Henry and Dot) joined our family, I was meaning to send a 2 week update this weekend. Sorry for the delay!

I’m pleased to share that everything is fantastic with both kitties! They made it into the first day of school photos and they are getting constant love and attention. The boy (Dakota/Henry) had a big growth spurt this week. The girl (Emery/Dot) is growing at a more reasonable pace. They play together all the time, they love to chase each other up and down the hallways of the house, and then they often curl up and nap together. Lots of purring!! They are sweet and cuddly and will snuggle and snooze with whoever happens to be on the couch.

I hope their brothers and sister and mama have all found loving homes as well. These two are perfect.

I’ll send another update soon to let you all know how they’re doing.

Hi everyone,

Hoping this correspondence finds you all well.
Just wanted to update you on Penelope, 5 weeks into her “forever home”.
She is a magnificent Soul, we love each other dearly, feels like she has been here forever….this was meant to be.

Thank you all again for the good and joy you bring to the voiceless and those that love them.

Penelope is home, her forever home (that’s what SHE asked me to tell you all)!
Only a couple of hours but it feels like she’s been Family forever.
She is such a lovely cat, settling in so easily.

Obviously because of the love and support of Ezgi and your caring team, she is calm and receptive to love.

With all my heart, I promise you all, that Penelope will live a beautiful life.

The kittens formerly known as Titan and Slate, (names are still in flux while they help us find the names most suited to their personalities 🙂 have made themselves at home and part of the family very quickly.

They are unbelievably sweet and affectionate, and we love having them with us.
They are still mostly living in the front room of our house with a big window, all of their toys and cat apparati, and slowly starting to explore the rest of the house in a supervised fashion.

They are equal parts, loony and loving.
Titan is pure mischief and a leader, so front runner names are Dobby and Apollo.
Slade is mindfully yet most likely to one up his brother and go exploring on his own, so front runner names are Bagheera and Starbuck (A Battlestar Galactica reference: Apollo and Starbuck, not a coffee reference.)

Hi everyone!

I’m so surprised that i’m able to send an update so quickly, but Birdie (who we have now named Budgie after the adorable Budgerigar Parakeet) has already began to settle in nicely. She spent a bit of the morning in the bathroom but she was so brave and came out and started exploring so quickly! We are now cuddled up on the couch as i’m sending this email.
