Tabitha And Libby Are Settling In Well!
Hi all,
I wanted to send a note to say that the cats have settled in well.
They have been great with the kids – I think they actually like having extra play partners.
Just a note to say we are very happy that they have joined our family!
Thanks,
Megan
Verona’s 1 Year Update!
Hello!
We just wanted to send a little update since it’s been one year since we adopted Verona.
Hard to believe it has been a year – feels like we’ve had her a short time and forever all at once.
Verona is a very happy girl.
She’s laid-back, affectionate, and very friendly, even with people she’s never met before.
She spends her days “helping” us when we work from home and her nights curled up on our bed (sometimes right by our pillows!).
She’s become quite the lap cat and absolutely loves being brushed.
She has also proven very adaptable – she really enjoyed a couple trips up to our family cottage this summer, handling the car ride marvelously.
All in all we have had a wonderful year with Verona.
We couldn’t imagine our little family without her.
We look forward to many more years like this one!

Ziggy Is Settling In Well!
Just wanted to update you on how Ziggy is doing.
The first two days were a bit rough understably but I learned patience and Ziggy learned trust.
I’m happy to report that Ziggy is more comfortable now.
Playing, using his cat tree.
He loves attention and is constantly flopping down for rubs and will follow me wherever I am going in the house.
Thank you again for allowing me to be Ziggy’s mom. He is well loved.

Buttons And Bingo Are Now Francis And Felix!
Good morning, everyone!
Hope you are all doing well.
I wanted to give you an update on the two kittens I recently adopted – Francis and Felix, formally Buttons and Bingo.
They are hilarious beyond words.
I’ve never known a more bonded pair of kitties in my life.
They also get along with my other cats – mostly Sebastian, where they constantly snuggle with him.
I find the three of them asleep on the couch or on my bed in a big heap.
Liam, who is almost 18, tolerates the youngsters but he mostly sleeps in his bed in my office.
The two have devloped such diverse personalities – and they are both so darn cute.
They love people – they don’t mind being cuddles, although Felix is more hands-off.
Francis thinks I’m his mommy as he’s always hanging out and wants to be cuddles.
At night, I wake up and find them snuggled right up to me.
They’ve also grown twice their size – their coats are glossy, shiny and soft, and you can see their markings quite clearly now (Francis has a big heart on his chest.)
They will be going in for their surgery late next month.
Anyways, I wanted to let you all know they have settled in quite nicely.
I’ve included some photos for you to enjoy.
Thank you all again. These little ones bring new love and adventure to each day!
Warmly
Rita

I’m so glad you enjoyed the update and photos!
And yes! Please use the photos and story on your success story page.
I would love to send you more photos as they come along – every day I photograph these munchkins and every day they seem to evolve into a different cat!
Thank you for letting me share.
Right now – I wish you could see – Sebastian (who also came from a shelter, btw – as do all my cats) and the two little monsters are a rolling around the ground and playing. It just makes your heart swell!
Have a great day and chat soon.
Warmly
Rita
